Wonderful to have this treasure back in print. Was surprised that the reprint was of a used book. There are markings inside-3 circles on the contents page and underlines on 10 of the pages. Still, these markings show this book's importance to others than myself. Has valuable information about how to practice and technique.
I was somewhat underwhelmed by this book and its ability to get me started playing. I ended up with the Faber books which despite being well over 10 years old, by over 4 decades, I found more functional and useful. I think to use this book one needs a good basic understanding of music or better than I had when I purchased it.
